Candy Cane Treats

by Jenna Gleason

This Christmas candy tastes delicious, and makes a perfect gift. Try these easy, cute, inexpensive treats this holiday season. If you don’t get around to making them at Christmas time, they are great for Valentine’s Day too! They are fast to make and are only 3 ingredients.

Mini Candy Canes

Chocolate Chips

  1. Unwrap your mini candy canes. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place 2 candy canes together making a heart shape. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, melt chocolate chips. Melt in 30 second increments.
  3. Pour your chocolate into the center of your candy cane hearts to fill in the gaps.
  4. Now it’s time for decorations. You can add chopped peanuts or sprinkles to the chocolate before it sets. Place in the fridge for about an hour.
  5. Serve when chocolate has set and enjoy!
