1. The Runestone Museum - Throughout the summer they have people dressed up in outfits from days long past. It is a great interactive way for kids to learn more about the country they call home. It is believed that Vikings came to Minnesota a long time ago. A runestone (which can be found at this museum) was found on a Minnesota man's land in 1898.
   
2. Ole (Owe-ly) the Giant Viking Statue - Minnesotan's are very proud of their Nordic heritage. Ole is just one example of this.
