Balloon stomp – How about an exciting game of balloon stomp with the kids? You’ll just need balloons and string or yarn. Tie the balloons to the ankles of each player (one on each ankle). The game is simple. The players run around trying to stomp each other’s balloons! The player with the last unpopped balloons wins. Here’s the tutorial at My Joy-Filled Life.
New Year’s Eve scavenger hunt – My kids love scavenger hunts! This hunt by No Time for Flash Cards looks like a blast, and I love the activity of writing down their favorite memories. It’ll take some preparation and set up, but what a lovely game to play on New Year’s Eve.
Photo memory game – I saw this idea at No Time for Flash Cards and thought it was great! Print out your favorite memories of the year (2 each!) and make them into a memory game. So fun!
