Edible Starburst Slime

by Jenna Gleason

Check out this edible, 2 ingredient starburst slime! This slime is so simple to make, and is non-toxic. The candy does get hot, so parents are suggested to help the kids out with this one. Enjoy this stretchy, sticky slime!

Materials:

Starburst (10-15 of the same color)

1-2 Tsp. of Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Unwrap 10-15 starburst; using the same color will make a “prettier” slime.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl heat up the starburst until they turn into a gooey consistency.

Tip: You don't want them to bubble because then the candy will get to tough to play with.

  1. LET THEM COOL! The candy is way too hot to knead so let them cool until you feel comfortable kneading (5-10 minutes).
  2. Slowly add in powdered sugar. You don’t want the slime to turn into batter. Try a tablespoon at a time until you get your perfect consistency.

Enjoy playing with it, try it if you want to too!
